• Preowned - Game and Case/Box: Includes the game, as well as the original case/box and cover art. 
• Preowned - Game and Manual: Includes the game and the original game manual. Games that are disc-based will include a generic case and generic cover art. Any additional inserts or promotional materials besides the manual are assumed to be not included, unless stated otherwise.
• Preowned - Game, Manual, Case/Box: Includes the game, original manual and original case/box and cover art. Elite gamers refer to this as "complete in box." If a game did not originally include a manual or other inserts, then the game will be marked as this quality. Any additional inserts or promotional materials besides the manual are assumed to be not included, unless stated otherwise.
• New: Includes the game in factory sealed/unopened condition.

All video games, consoles and accessories have been professionally tested, cleaned, and refurbished in house as necessary. However, if you do have any issues with your item, all video game consoles come with a 30-day replacement warranty and all video games and accessories come with a 7-day replacement warranty.
